Elkins Raceway launches 73rd anniversary season honoring late track manager Jim Skidmore

This season holds special significance as it is dedicated to the memory of longtime track manager Jim Skidmore, who passed away in December 2024. Skidmore’s dedication and leadership helped shape Elkins Raceway into one of the region’s premier dirt tracks.
